As leaders in healthcare, we have greatly benefited from priority access to vaccines. We strongly encourage all attendees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine prior to the event. In addition to a large majority of attendees already having received the vaccination, we will continue to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for masks and social distancing.
All attendees will receive masks, hand sanitizer, wipes and gloves. Masks will be required at all education or other organized sessions, and social distancing will be mandatory for all planned gatherings. Attendance will be limited to ensure social distancing.
We ask that all attendees prioritize the health and welfare of others. If you are feeling unwell either prior to the event or during, we ask that you do not attend without confirmation of a negative COVID-19 test.
As situations are ever-evolving, we will provide additional information regarding policies and procedures as necessary.
The Montage safety protocols are designed by experts in infectious disease in collaboration with the CDC, and adhere to state and local guidelines. These measures include enhanced cleaning and sanitation, reduced capacity, and contactless service when possible. For a full description of Montage COVID policies click here.
